Window 10 Kiosk opening multiple tabs

My browser only Win10 Kiosks starting yesterday started opening additional tabs in addition to the intended site. The URLs aren't actually sites one is --no-first-run and the other --kiosk-idle-timeout.

I have removed the device configuration profile and re-added it with no change.

Anyone else having issues with their Intune Kiosks?
