Unable to remove passcode for iPad in Intune
Hello, One of our users has left the company and I want to factory reset his iPad. There is a passcode on it which I don't know. So I've gone to Intune, Users > Selected User > Devices > Selected...

If this works and the devices are locked to the Apple ID (Find my iPhone) you need the Activation Lock Bypass codes but looking at the deleted record you have, I do not think you are able to get them: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/remote-actions/device-activation-lock-disable.
