The security policy prevents the creation of a work profile because a custom OS has been instlled

Hello All,

We have few Samsung S7 devices which we are trying to registered as BYOD process but while registering this device we are getting error as "The security policy prevents the creation of a work profile because a custom OS has been installed on this device" however there is no custom ROM/OS neither Device is rooted, Device has latest OS either.

We have tried enrolling device using SN as well IMEI but same error

Any help will be appreciated..
