teams elevated admin access

This chart shows that Teams has "Elevated admin access."

I have not been able to verify this in documentation or through my own testing. Can you please link relevant info or update the chart?

    Anyone from MS got an answer for this? I have to agree that i have multiple clients that have all referenced this page and asked why do we need Remote Help for? Teams can do more and we already pay for it.
