Hi, from what I understand, the Internet Explorer settings in the Security Baseline Profile are mainly intended for legacy support. They don't have any impact on Microsoft Edge, as IE is deprecated. If you're looking for similar security configurations for Edge, you'll need to refer to the administrative templates and security baselines specifically designed for Edge.
