If the devices are already reporting to ConfigMgr, then you can extract the hardware hash ids from inventory report and import them in the relevant Intune tenant. Then reset the device and start provisioning. Alternatively, you can consider using Autopilot Device Preparation which doesn’t importing hardware hash ids.
