Saving photos and documents to internal storage - Android + Intune
Hi, i have enrolled some Android devices to Intune (cobo, fully managed devices). I have an issue with downloading data from outlook or onedrive or Teams to internal phone memory. When i download for example a photo from OneDrive and want to show this photo in Samsung Gallery i got strange thumbnail and i cant access this photo from galery app. I can only access this photo from Word, Excel or office app on the Android Phone.
Complience policy:
Encryption
Require encryption of data storage on device.
App protection policy
Send ORG Date: Set to all apps
Recive data from other apps: ALL APPS
Encryption- set to require
1) encrypt org data
2) encrypt org data on enrolled devices

AlexisEncrypttion was the problem. You can encrypt device but no organisational data.
