Reset M365 Apps Activation from User to Device

To switch from user-based to device-based licensing for Microsoft 365 Apps on existing devices, you need to reset the activation state first. This clears the user license info so the app can re-activate using the device license.
You can do this via Intune by creating a Remediation Script that runs the cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:<last 5 chars> and deletes the tokens folder (%ProgramData%\Microsoft\Office\SoftwareProtectionPlatform).
This lets the device re-activate using the new device license.
