Recovery key options can't not see on Intune

Hi guys,

Today, "Recovery keys" option on MacOS Devices is changed gray. I don't no why and I can't click on it.

    Hi duynguyen05,

    Is your macOS device marked as personal or as corporate? For personal devices it is not possible to get the recovery key. You have to switch the ownership then to corporate.

      Thank for your information.

      The ownership have set to corporate before. The problem just happened today

        Hi Rudy_Ooms_MVP,

        I think have a error on my tenant. I have raised this issue to microsoft to get support

        Today the issue have fixed.
