Read Only Operator unable to view Device Details

I have assigned a group to the build it Role available in Intune Tenant admin > Roles > Read Only Operator. However, the users are unable to view the device details wherein there are 500+ devices enrolled to the tenant. I have also raised a ticket (36351251) through Intune Troubleshooting + support on 15th May, with no luck. Is anyone aware of this issue hot to resolve it?

    BittuBaishya did you had any lucky on solving this? Im facing the same issue but no luck at all on my side.

      mbsys Please check the Scope tags, which was causing the issue in my scenario. There are no Scope tags added for the Read Only Operator. I created a custom Role and added the Default Scope tags.

       

      Please try this and see if it works for you.
