Intune Management Extension msi not installing

I've been able to move this forward some now. I temporarily disabled application control from our End Point solution (not MS Defender) for that device and tried manually running the IME installer again.
It worked!
I'm quite confused now as the End Point system didn't record any application blocking either on the device or the admin system. I've made some changes to the application control policy that was linked to that computer and will await and see if this resolves the issue over the coming days.
