- Ensure there are no active profiles targeting the bundle IDs for the apps in question.
- Check the Device Status and Per Settings Status to confirm the removal of the blocking policies.
Manually Trigger a Device Sync
- Ensure the devices have synced with Intune to receive the updated configuration.
- Navigate to Devices > All devices > Select the device > Sync.
- Alternatively, from the device, go to Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School > Select the account > Info > Sync.
Push Native Apps Using Intune
If the native apps are not reinstalling automatically, you can push them via Intune:

- Add the App to Intune:
- Navigate to Apps > iOS/iPadOS > Add > iOS store app.
- Search for the native app in the App Store and add it to Intune.
- Assign the App to Devices:
- Assign the app to the affected devices under the Assignments tab.
- Ensure the deployment is set to Required.
For Android Devices
- Re-enable Blocked Apps:
- If you blocked apps via their bundle ID, re-allow them by ensuring the block has been removed in Apps > App Configuration Policies.
- Push Native Apps via Managed Play Store:
- Add the app from the Managed Google Play Store to Intune.
- Assign it as a Required app to the affected devices
- Identify the App Store Version of the App:
- Ensure the devices have synced with Intune to receive the updated configuration.
