So after 4+ months on this issue i think for me its is now fixed … I have enrolled 6 phones over the last 2 weeks with no issue what so ever. buy the time the user gets to the installing apps stage there is usually already 1 tick in the installed apps ... the other one takes 2 minutes maybe.
lets hope it stays like this
i did not make any changes to my environment or our Zero touch environment.

Same here! Finally fixed (we think)... haven't had any enrollment delays for about 2-3 weeks. Also got confirmation from MS and Google that it had been resolved. Phew!!
