Proactive Remediations and Schedules

I see that Intune remediations can be made to run on a recurring schedule. When configured to run on a schedule, there is a setting for time. Will all devices in a targeted assignment group attempt to run the script at the exact time or is there a randomization offset. I can foresee situations where remediation scripts using remote resources like Log Analytics or a web service could overwhelm the remote resource for large assignment groups.
