Per app vpn with pulse secure

Does someone has per app vpn between Intune and pulse secure working ?

I have issues with the connection between Azure-Intune and pulse secure.

When I configure the Intune MDM server in Pulse secure I get an error: Could not connect to MDM web service. Please verify Tenant ID/ClientID. Verified both and seems to be OK
