Outlook iOS Preview notification

Recently we have found iOS devices on 

iOS 15.5

Latest version of Outlook

Basic Intune app protection policy

(noticed it happens more with users who have Apple watch)

If user sends out a meeting invite -- when the other users rsvp's, the notification is sent back that the other user has accepted

However if you havent got outlook open or are on the lock screen you get the dreaded

OPEN OUTLOOK TO READ YOUR MESSAGE

100% all notify and preview settings are turned on to all

I've tried all suggested turning all the notifications and preview tabs for both the phone and Outlook and teams to Never notify then switch them all back on after a reboot.

Tried reinstall of outlook and teams

This seems to be an issue that has rumbled around on iOS since 14 in various different ways

Any suggestion will this likely be fixed in a later outlook release?
