Outlook freezing /Crashing

My Organization migrated to Intune Couple of months ago and now one of the user is experiencing an issue that outlook is on Android phone (Samsung A52) is crashing and freezing. 

I have performed following troubleshooting steps but nothing worked.

1. Disabled Google Chrome app from the app menu but still the issue persist.
2. Shutdown and restarted the device but still the same.
3. Update the device policy from the Intune , but no solution.
4. Also installed updates on Android system web view app in systems app but still freezing/crashing outlook.
5. Wiped down the device from Intune portal and re installed /configured again but still on the same page.
6.  swapped user with new phone but still the same issue

I would really appreciate if there is any help I can get in this regards,
