Outlook Calendar time

Hello!

I want to change the short and long time appointments in Outlook Calendar for a user, shorten it by 5 and 10 minutes. 
The computer is mdm connected. 
I followed this guide linked in this = Manage Outlook Settings via Microsoft Intune - Microsoft Community Hub

I did the same thing in Intune and the profile succeeds, but the time isn't changed. 
The user has a Business premium license, do i need a Enterprise license for this?
