On-Demand Powershell execution via Intune
I have a powershell-script that will clear Teams Cache, this is a common troubleshooting step. Optimal solution: A button in endpoint manager that runs the script on target computer. Are there...
- Oct 25, 2022You could always write a powershell pro active remediation script that could do something but why not writing a powreshell script that will be pushed to all devices with a shortcut on the desktop with some words mentioning : teams not working, press this button 🙂 ?

It's a good solution, to have a local toolbox of scripts for customers to run could work as well.
But in the long run it would be better if we could remote execute them, or else I would need to include a download to get the latest update of scripts. It feels like it could be more work in the long run, I might be wrong.
I'll ponder on a solution. Thanks for the reply!

This on demand run script feature, we know and love from CM, would be a welcome addition to Intune 🙂
I would hate to clutter up user desktops with all kinds of remmediation scripts.
CompanyPortal and a selfheal category, could be a way to go, for cleaning teams cache though.
