No Discovered Apps
None of the enrolled devices (Windows 10 /11) are showing any installed apps in Intune. Please advise

Which kinda apps are we talking about?
Do you have some screenshots you could share?
How long has it been after the apps are installed
Assuming the apps are successfully installed on the devices
