Mobile Data in Kiosk-Mode on Android

We need help, to configurate our new Android Lenovo Tablets.
We have problems, to connect our tablets with mobile data in kiosk mode.
Location works, but Microsoft Edge haven't connection to the internet.

We are from Germany and need your help.
