Microsoft workprofile notifications

Hello,

I've got a strange Problem with a App, everytime i open this App (Rainbow) there pops up an Error:

"Allow notifications when the app is running in the background or not open." and

"Access to notifications isn't available for apps in your work profile."

I cant find something where i can set this to allow.

I hope someone can help me.
