You need to use the new app store for this, you can just use the URL apps.microsoft.com supplemented with the unique code that is also in your URL. For this particular app, this is the URL: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9p3cp9g025rm
thanks for your update - unfortunately, the apps.mic... link doen't work. It needs to be diffferent.
