Hi cbs-mg, the sync can take up to 8 hours to complete all devices. How did you enroll your devices to Intune? Have the users the appropriate licenses assigned?

All the users have appropriate Intune licenses and we have enrolled them by using the "access work or school" feature.
- Are the devices entra joined or registered? You can check in CMD with dsregcmd /status
