We have verified that the Intune sync process can take up to 8 hours to complete. However, for a majority of end-users, the Intune sync remains pending until a manual sync is initiated. Could anyone please suggest some troubleshooting steps we can take to address this issue and ensure the Intune sync is processed in a more timely and automated manner? We would appreciate your guidance on how to optimize the sync process and minimize the need for manual intervention by end-users
