Do you mean 'C:\Program files (x86)\Microsoft Intune Management Extension' is missing?
For PowerShell script logs, you can find error codes and output in Regedit:
HKLM:\Software\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Policies\User GUID\Script GUID
Get the script GUID easily from the URL of it in MEM admin centre 🙂
