Managed Homescreen Volume options

Hello,

At the moment im doing some testing with a new profile. And i want to have in the managed homescreen some volume option. Now when i dont use the homescreen, i do have 3 dots to adjust some other volumes. But in the homescreen somehow the 3 dots are gone. Any one can help to get these back?

Also wonder if the Live Caption button could be removed from mdm.

Im working with a Zebra HC50.
