managed home screen and microsoft authenticator not installed

i've enrolled an android phone under personally owned with work profile

i've set managed home screen and microsoft authenticator as required apps but they dont seem to be installed when i enrolled the phone into intune. Setting the apps as available for enrolled device and available with or without enrolment dont seem to work as well

i've also allowed Android Enterprise (work profile) in Device > Enrollment device platform restrictions
