Locate Device is grayed out in Intune
Hello guys! We have more than 400 Windows laptops enrolled to Intune. Find my device in On on all of them. Location services in On on each device. I figured out that in Intune about 50% of them i...
Location services are enabled.
Windows 11, up to date.
All other laptops/MS Surfaces are up to date too, but on Windows 10.
Locate device is still greyed out...
Do you have any other suggestions?
In this case, I advise you contact the support.
There is a possibility that sometimes service might be enabled after some delays, or you need to restart the PC and see if it works.

I figured out.
I changed in Properties -> Device Ownership from Personal to Corporate.
Now we are able to locate all Windows devices.

Have a nice day!- True, due to privacy reason if device ownership is Personal, you won't see that option.
I have some android devices (10 or higher version) and they are all corporate and fully managed and the device location is grayed out and we cannot located any device stolen or lost. DO you mind to share any toughts please?
