Locate Device is grayed out in Intune
Hello guys! We have more than 400 Windows laptops enrolled to Intune. Find my device in On on all of them. Location services in On on each device. I figured out that in Intune about 50% of them i...
There are requirements, you have to make sure you have following build of Windows 10:
Version 20H2 (10.0.19042.789) or later
Version 2004 (10.0.19041.789) or later
Version 1909 (10.0.18363.1350) or later
Version 1809 (10.0.17763.1728) or later
All version of Windows 11 is supported.
You have to enable Windows location services, have a look at:

Windows 11, up to date.
All other laptops/MS Surfaces are up to date too, but on Windows 10.
Locate device is still greyed out...
Do you have any other suggestions?
- In this case, I advise you contact the support.
There is a possibility that sometimes service might be enabled after some delays, or you need to restart the PC and see if it works.- Good morning Reza_Ameri!
I figured out.
I changed in Properties -> Device Ownership from Personal to Corporate.
Now we are able to locate all Windows devices.
