Hy,
only deleting and reinstalling Company Portal will not solve your solution, your device must be completely unregistered from the MDM Backend in order to work, so not a good solution.
What can you do:
IT Admin Exception: The only long-term solution is for your company’s Intune/IT administrator to review and adjust the device compliance policy. They can explicitly allow Windows Hello biometrics (like fingerprint sign-in) for your device or role.
Consult IT: If you explain that you previously were allowed this and it improved your workflow, sometimes exceptions or targeted compliance policies can be made, but this is entirely up to your client’s IT governance.
