Issue with White Glove OOBE

I am attempting to use white glove OOBE, it provisions, installs and does everything as expected. After resealing, when I boot the device to test from an end users perspective, I get put into the standard windows setup screen prompting for a local user account to be created, instead of the "Welcome to *****!" AAD enrolment screen that I am expecting prompting the user to login.

I've tried recreating the deployment profile, however still no luck. Has anyone seen this before / found any possible solution to this?
