Issue with Outlook

Hi,

we have a issue with Outlook app, it just shows "This phone is managed by your organization" and won't show messages. Occasionally, when it shows messages and user tries to write a new message, the same text appears "This phone is managed by your organization". Problem seems to be only with Android version 10 or older. We use Intune for management.

-Phones are Samsung with Android 10 or older

-What we have tried: clear outlook cache, re-install outlook, update all apps, restart phone. Some of these actions may help for a short time, but the problem comes again.

One phone has notification in intune app about needing rights to IMEI and phone number for storage reporting (error message not in english so i had to translate). Can this be related to Outlook problem? Screenshot of this notification
