Iphone iOS 15.2.1 update blocked due to "Profile Installation Fail"

Hi, 

My phone did a auto update to iOS 15.2.1 last night and is now stuck due to a failure in Configuring Iphone due to "Profile Installation Failed. The payloads in this profile do not have unique Payloadidentifier values. ("http://www.windowsintune.com.credentials" is used more than once." This is linked to my work configuration.

The phone cant move past this step and is now stuck. Cant restore to the previous version as i have 'find my' on (this needs to be turned off to do a restore from a usb connection to a laptop).

Anyone have any ideas on 

1. what is causing this

2. how to move past this "fail"
