Iphone iOS 15.2.1 update blocked due to "Profile Installation Fail"

Hi, 

My phone did a auto update to iOS 15.2.1 last night and is now stuck due to a failure in Configuring Iphone due to "Profile Installation Failed. The payloads in this profile do not have unique Payloadidentifier values. ("www.windowsintune.com.credentials" is used more than once." This is linked to my work configuration.

The phone cant move past this step and is now stuck. Cant restore to the previous version as i have 'find my' on (this needs to be turned off to do a restore from a usb connection to a laptop).

Anyone have any ideas on 

1. what is causing this

2. how to move past this "fail"
