Intune Tunnel shows offline in Intune Admin portal

Hi,

 

We renewed TLS certificate of Intune Tunnel server, post that Intune tunnel status shows as offline in Intune Admin portal.

Need solution for this UI issue.

 

However, tunnel is functioning fine.

    Make sure you keep the server's OS up to date otherwise the mstunnel agent will stop working. Run mst-cli agent status. If it's stopped and you can't start it with mst-cli agent start you probably need to remove mstunnel entirely and re-run the install script.
