Well actually,
There's domain A, domain B
Accounts A, Accounts B and the UPNs of those accounts.
Domain A is going to be migrated to domain B, Accounts A will be synchronized/mirrored in Accounts B, but UPN B is going to be replaced by UPN A, and UPN B will be added as an alias.
If that makes any sense..

i suppose UPN A.
don't get you Djaswant, if you need a completely same configuration on the new tenant, you need to do a migration or set the policies and assign the licenses also.
