Intune Package uninstall failure on uninstall assignment

The lines of code were provided with the software Bluebeam Revu. It works fine when run independently on a pc to uninstall Bluebeam Revu. When run from Intune as an uninstall assignment the targeted machines show "uninstallation failed" does not appear to do anything. Usually fails within a minute of receiving the first notification that Intune is downloading and uninstalling the software.
And there's nothing in the logs with more information about this? C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Logs
