Intune iOS ADE MDM asks for apple id

Question

Hi Community,&nbsp;I have registered an iphone with a apple business token, added a vpp token and some apps. Removed apple store apps and blocked app store. But it still asks the user for a personal apple id. How can I avoid this?&nbsp; Thanks for your help!&nbsp;Steffen&nbsp;

SteffenH82&nbsp;&nbsp;First check, do you have the license type set to device in the assignment of the app, if it is on user it needs an Apple ID:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

I am also running into the same issue. Wondering if this was resolved for you? Apps are iOS Volume Purchase Program-App with Device license assignment.

Hi&nbsp;AniJapster&nbsp;,sadly, the users had to create an apple account with their microsoft mailadress.

Have you found the Reason? Have the Same - all Licenses are Device Types and Licenses are VPP issued&nbsp;
