Intune Devices Report for BitLocker Recovery Keys
Is there a report or a column to view that all enrolled Intune devices have BitLocker recovery keys available?

There is a report under device monitoring that shows compliance data around devices being encrypted, but not whether there is a recovery key escrowed in Entra or not. You can leverage graph to pull the data if you like.
