Intune Company Portal prevents Office Apps Miui 14
Hi, after upgrading my Xiaomi 12T pro from Miui 13 (android 12) to Miui 14 (android 13), company Portal prevents Outlook, Teams and Office 365 from even starting. This is regardless of permissions gr...
My Teams is still having the same issue. The problem has to do with Miui 14 Privacy and "Return blank message" when the permission was trying to get the device info.
Which versions do you have?
I'm running Company Portal 5.0.5800.0 - This was the version released on 22nd February
Teams is on version 1416/1.0.0.2023022801. this is the version currently available and released 2nd February 2023
These are now working as expected on my Xiaomi 12T pro after enrolling Company Portal and ensuring device is compliant

Hi, I used xiaomi 13 with miui 14.0.17
Company Portal 5.0.5800.0 + Teams 1416/1.0.0.2023022801

Lee_Yu I also just received a patch from Xiaomi specifically to fix this Intune issue. If you get it, install it
- Your MiUI version is a little different. I'm on the 14.0.6 version. I'm not sure whether that makes any difference though. 😕
