I have tried downloading earlier versions and that did work until recently, but now my phone recognizes that the app is out of date and will not allow older versions. I have access to the beta version, that doesnt help. I tried accessing that policy page to adjust the alphanumeric setting, says I don't have access (is that for my companys tech side?). What are my options here??

Yes it is for your IT/tech to alter that policy setting.

- AndyK-ukJan 26, 2022Copper ContributorMicrosoft support do not acknowledge it is a bug, they blame Android update to 11. At this point based on the conversations I've had with MS they will not address the issue and IT admins affected need to update their policies to suit the new settings.
