Intune app deployment

I have deployed apps through Intune. But why does it keep on showing or popping up (Intune is trying to install this app) after I have installed the apps every time a laptop reboots. I have specified the detection rules so should it not pop up any message that it is already installed or try to push again and try reinstalling? Even though it does not reinstall but this will be a question users will ask why is it popping up?
