Intune Admin console - some columns don't sort

The Device Name and Primary user UPN columns for All Devices won't sort in my Intune console.  How can this be resolved?  I've added that in the feedback but there needs to be a way, other than opening a support ticket, to report a problem.

    Hello Rejohnson .
    Device name in my tenant is "sortable" I don't know why it is not in you case. Primary user is indeed not "sortable". You can always export the list and sort the list in excel.

      Device name is sorting again, so that's good. Primary user is not sorting, although the column has a sort function, so it's a bug. Thanks.
