Intune 403 error when trying to access InTune portal

I have  Global Administrator access with full control, but still I am unable to access Intune portal services. Only default policies are set with no conditional access. I have all the required licens...

Hi paltabhuvesh1,

Have you tried with another user account?
Is it just happening in your account?
That's interesting 🙂

 

I would advise you to remove the global admin right from your account and re-assign it back after a couple test loading intune portal.

Hi @Thihan_Lin I tried the method you suggested.

Created a user and apply required permissions and license but still same authorization error.

 

Could this be the problem?? I don't know much about enterprise application as I am still in learning phase.

    Have you tried to toggle "Enabled for users to Sign-in?" to yes?
