Intune - Device Diagnostics - Pending
Hello,
i have a Windows 10 device in Intune (Single-App Kiosk Mode) and I wanted to collect Device Diagnostics. I have started this option in Intune Admin center but it is in pending status more then 24 hours.
The device is online.
Why is the diagnostics still pending and how can I solve this issue?

- The issue was resolved with connecting the device to the internet. The device was offline and unable to communicate with the service during diagnostics.
