Did you try taking the paths directly from the Defender portal itself?
You can find them under Defender | Reports | Endpoint | Attack Surface Reduction Rules.
There, you have the option to download a CSV file with the exclusion paths, which you can then use to make the necessary exclusions in your ASR policy.
