Inaccurate compliance status
I recently configured my computer to have both MDM and Mam policies. Shortly after I deployed it I could see the device that is showing is compliant even though by checking the device I can tell that bit locker hasn’t completed that it hasn’t upgraded to windows 10 business and that windows defender is not yet providing the required actions how can I get an truly accurate compliant status with the EMS suite as part of 365 business?

Configurations profiles you can troubleshoot by checking - https://aka.ms/intunetroubleshooting > Select user > Open Drop down and choose Configuration profiles. Do you see the Configuration profiles assigned "Success" ?
