It's caused because we installed the intune connector on our DC. This is not recommended.

Did you find an answer to this error? I stood up a new server with the ODJ connector and am seeing this same event repeatedly.

rvooijen Do you have the process you followed to resolve this as I am seeing this event.
Was there a technique to move the Intune Connector. I manually uninstalled from the Domain Controller and moved it to the AD Connect server and now this event error is occurring there.

  Ica-manc I didn't resolved the error event. Because it was happening in our test environment.
  The reason why the Hybrid deployment not worked was caused by a typo in the join profile.
  In production we have at this moment only AD joined devices so the urge to resolve this is not very high anymore.
  
  So unfortunately I can't help you further with this error. If you resolve this please let me know.
