How to enable company portal to all user devices

Question

I went to Apps \ Add Apps\ Microsoft Store App\ Entered the name as Company Portal

I am not sure what URL to use for Appstore URL?

I tried this link below and it would show error. Enter a valid URL not sure what is the valid URL?
